ACQ London – Payment Terms

This Payment Terms Policy sets out the conditions under which tuition fees and other charges must be paid to ACQ London. Clear and transparent payment arrangements are essential to ensure smooth enrolment, continued access to learning, and fairness to all students. By enrolling on a course, you agree to comply with these Payment Terms in full.

1. Currency and Accepted Payment Methods

  • All tuition fees are quoted and payable in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments via:
  • Debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfer
  • Approved third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or other secure providers)
  • Students are responsible for ensuring that payments are made using secure, authorised channels.

2. Payment Deadlines

  • Tuition fees must be paid in full before the start date of the course unless a written instalment plan has been agreed in advance.
  • Where instalment plans are offered, payments must be made on the agreed dates.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in restricted access to the learning platform until outstanding balances are cleared.

3. Instalment Plans

  • Selected courses may offer instalment options to support affordability.
  • Instalment plans must be arranged prior to enrolment and approved by the Finance Department.
  • If a student defaults on an instalment, the full outstanding balance will become immediately payable.

4. Late or Non-Payment

  • ACQ London reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access where tuition fees remain unpaid.
  • Late payment charges may apply if fees are overdue by more than 14 days.
  • Students who are persistently in arrears may be permanently withdrawn from their course and will remain liable for any outstanding balance.

5. Sponsored or Employer-Funded Students

  • If a student’s tuition fees are being paid by an employer, government body, or other sponsor, written confirmation of sponsorship must be provided before enrolment is confirmed.
  • Responsibility for payment ultimately remains with the student should the sponsor fail to make payment.

6. Additional Costs

  • Tuition fees cover standard course materials and online access.
  • Some courses may incur additional costs, such as examination fees, optional workshops, or printed materials. Any such costs will be clearly communicated in advance.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are governed by ACQ London’s Refund Policy, which sets out eligibility and timeframes.
  • Students should consult this policy for detailed guidance before requesting a refund.

8. Confirmation of Payment

  • Once a payment is received, students will be issued with a confirmation email and receipt.
  • Students are advised to retain proof of payment for their records.

Conclusion

These Payment Terms are designed to provide transparency, accountability, and clarity for all students. By enrolling at ACQ London, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and that you are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all tuition fees and related charges.
